Disable Chat Bubbles/Improve Chat Bubbles
I was thinking while in game once, Wouldn't it be nice that when you disable a chat channel, the bubbles associated to it would also go away? I disable Local Chat myself because it is usually childish spam in some of the larger towns and I just don't feel like hearing it. But yet the chat bubbles with the all-caps still pop up in my face. If you are disabling a channel you don't want to see the text in it anymore, so why does the chat bubble have to keep appearing too?

I could actually work with this. I can see how some people might find this annoying and would like the ability to shut it off, even if they don't necessarily shut off that chat channel. Although tying the on/off toggle to the on/off feature of the chat channel is probably the easiest way to code it.
